Frequently Asked Questions.
How Will You Create a Customized Program for my Fitness Needs?
During your consultation, Nick will ask questions about your goals and lifestyle. From there he will share his recommendations on how to begin and what a customized plan for you looks like.
Are Your Trainers Certified?
Yes. And they are insured. We only hire certified trainers. Unlike other gyms that hire “trainers” before their certifications are completed Nick Bolton Fitness will only hire certified trainers and encourages continued education.
What Continued Education Do You Require for Your Team?
Recommended continued education programs include NASM-CPT, Corrective Exercise Specialist certifications, and Resistance Training Specialist certifications. Our trainers are encouraged to continue learning throughout their careers.
How Do You Track Fitness Goals?
On your first day, we take measurements and encourage a weigh-in. From there your trainer will recommend tools for tracking your nutrition daily and recording your workouts.
What is Your Training Style?
Each client is different, there is not one style that will work for everyone. Some of us need an extra push while others are self-motivated during a workout. And we all have different needs on different days of the week. Our trainers at Nick Bolton Fitness will work to learn your needs and from there a style will evolve.
Do You Have Client Testimonials/Success Stories?
Yes, we do! Take a look at our testimonials page HERE. Recently we asked several of our current clients to share their stories about fitness and how Nick Bolton Fitness has been part of their journey.
How Do You Decide Which Trainer Is Best For Me?
During your consultation as we learn more about your needs and goals, a decision is made on which trainer would be the best fit by Nick. We always try to accommodate trainer requests and want our clients to feel they have input on who they are working out with to achieve success.
How Long Are Training Sessions?
We offer 30-minute and 60-minute sessions.
