Nutrition is important. You put the work in at the gym but to see results making nutritional changes is also necessary. Our trainers at Nick Bolton Fitness believe in creating a nutrition plan that fits into your lifestyle but also provides results.
What We Believe
Any customized nutrition plan needs to work for you and your lifestyle. Starvation diets don’t work for long-term results. Tracking what you eat versus only how much you eat is important. We count macros. Your body needs energy to burn energy. You should not feel depleted; in fact, starving your body could cause weight gain.
Our trainers will work with you to find the right amount of calories, macros, and activity needed to achieve your fitness goals and promote long-term health.

Accountability. We are here with you on this journey, good days and not-so-good ones. Nutrition isn’t a one size fits all solution. We are all individuals, and our bodies work in their own unique way. Your customized nutrition goals will reflect this.
