How to get started:
1) JOIN A SESSION TIME: We have several session times available. You can choose 2 or 3 days per week. M-F 6a, 7a, 9a, 12p, and 6p. (LIMIT OF 6 PER SESSION)
2) START YOUR OWN GROUP: If you have a group of 3-6 people that want to work out at a certain time 2-3 days per week, we will start a small group session for you.
